In response to restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created a way for you to refine the practice skills you learned in the level one training in this STAR-T Resiliency Practice Skills: Awareness.

This is a five-video training series for human service workers looking to build resiliency for secondary trauma. In this online, pre-recorded training you will learn more about resiliency skills, watch live participants practice them, and then discuss the application to their practice settings.
